As an entrepreneur you have to consider your appearance, down to the smallest detail. A weakness in the system, affects every other part of the system. It is very important that you consider every part of your appearance. Taking care of the most menial detail in your appearance will give the impression that you are a self respecting individual and people will respect you even more. Things to consider in your appearance, Grooming, Clothing, Accessories, and Miscellaneous.

- Another way to help you decide what to wear is by contacting the planner of the event if possible or previous attendees
- It is "OK", if you are over Dressed at an event, it just means that everyone else is under dress. This is to your advantage; you will be more noticeable and many people will be attracted to you because you look so good and professional

Young Entreprenuer's Guide To Time Management

Time Management is very crucial to success. Time Management is Life Management, it is something that can be learned. In order to succeed it is important to organize your time in an efficient manner. You must spend your time doing things of great value, rather than spending time doing things of low or no value.
Below are 4 key points to taking control of your time.
Key1: Prioritize your daily activities, in order of most important to least important. Every night before you retire at night, always plan the next day. Get a daily planner that can fit in your pocket, and write out, the things you have to do the next day, in the order that they come in your mind. Once you have completed the list, and you cannot think of anymore, begin to prioritize each task. Go through the list and put an A, B, or C, before each task. An A task means that it is very important, and must be completed before you go to bed, no matter what. A B task is something that is very important to complete but the consequences are not big. For example, you must pack your lunch in the morning, but if you forget to you wont die of hunger. A C task is something that is not important, but you would like to do. For example, playing video games is not important but you would like to do it anyways. C task usually never get you closer to your goals, therefore you want to avoid them as much as you can. Never move on to a B task unless all the A tasks are completed, never move to a C task unless, all the A, and B task are complete. For example, you should not play video games, until you have made the Sales Calls, or have Written the Sale Proposal and then you can play for a small amount of time.
Key 2: Concentration. When you are faced with a task, always put all your efforts, and attention into getting the task completed. When you start something, finish it, never get distracted by your surrounding. Concentrate on the end result, never dwell on the size and length of time it will take to complete a task, always focus on having it done. An easy approach to completing a task in an efficient manner is to simply break it down into chunks. Tackle a small chunk at a time, until the task at hand is completed. For example, when planning business conference, you would break the entire project into small chunks like Marketing, Content, Finances, etc. To begin, state to yourself, "I am just doing the marketing part of the event". Pay attention, this is crucial. The subconscious mind is very powerful, but yet gullible. Tell yourself that you are Marketing, and begin writing, before you know it you have created a work of art. After you have completed "chunk" one , you are now ready to tackle "chunk" two, the content. Now state to yourself that I am planing the content, then begin to put it all on paper as it comes to you. Do not worry about correcting mistakes at first, just write as it comes to you, you will have plenty of time to correct mistakes later. After you have written the content, you are now ready to tackle chunk 3, the finances. Once again state to your mind that I am planing the finances, your mind will begin to give you solid informations about finances. Now that you have created your finances, your overall task of organizing a business conference is almost complete. Now you must put it all together and revise it, making sure that its free of grammar, and spelling errors. Concentration is very powerful, once you master it, you will be able to take on any new challenges that come your way.
Key 3: Work with a team. When faced with a big task, it is much easier to complete it with a team. Because Together Everyone Accomplishes More. Working with two is better that one, working with three is better that two, and so on. If you work together with a team, with a common goal in mind, you will complete the task a lot easier, and faster. In a team, you have more than one person, therefore work can be divided so every member is doing something important. For example if you are faced with the task of organizing your school dance, you will need a team to help you out. You can now delegate different task to each member, rather than having to do everything by yourself. You will receive more credit for doing something with a team, rather than doing it alone. Because when you work with a team, you are bringing attention to your team member, and in turn you are bringing greater attention to yourself, and you receive great credits for been a leader. Always work with a team, never try to do it all, if you are the smartest one in the group, delegate the easy tasks, and focus on the hard tasks. Never stand and watch, get your hands dirty.
Key 4: Do similar task together. When you tackle a task, focus on completing identical aspects of it all at the same time. Do not spend time repeating the same thing over and over again, because you are just wasting time. Time is precious spend every minute doing something productive. If you decide to bake a cake, make a list of all the ingredients, and utensils you will need, then proceed to collecting them. For example if you need flour, milk, yeast, and salt, do not go to the grocery store to buy milk, make sure you bring your list and buy all the items you require all at once. The above statement might sound obvious, but it is amazing how many people still live their lives going back and forth doing the same thing.

Your time is very precious, spend it doing things of high value, do not waste your time on things that get you nowhere. Imagine your life as an hour glass, the sand at the top represents the future, the sand passing through the middle represents now, the sand at the bottom of the glass is the past, each grain of sand represents a second. Notice that each second that passes through the center of the hour glass is a second you can never get back, hopefully it was a second spent
on doing something of high value.
